As  internal opposition mounts, Museveni 'begs' Kony for peace as new ally

In what could turn out to be the biggest twist in the political history of Uganda and the sign of a dying man clinging to a serpent was the secret meeting between Gen. Salim Saleh and the LRA delegation in the Kenyan seaport of Mombasa between March 31 to April 6 April 2007.
